French Customer Service Advisor – Hospitality and Tourism 14 vues

Teleperformance Spain, a worldwide leading company in outsourcing, is looking for Customer Service Advisors for one of our clients, one of the largest leisure, travel and tourism company in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Answer FAQ’s on the project and courses
  • Coordinate basic customer queries – customers running late, re-bookings, course queries
  • Update customer records in our event registration system

Requirements

 

  • Experience in customer service or helpline services
  • You must be eligible to work in EU
  • Polite & friendly telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills; ability to simply explain technology and have deep customer empathy
  • Excellent knowledge of French (native speaker)
  • Fluency in English
