Customer Service Associate with German/French/Polish/Dutch/Romanian and English
- Resolve customer complains via phone, email or mail;
- Assisting clients regarding different requests for the specific project;
- Working with the company’s software;
- Work with customer service manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
