Profile description
The experts will be at the helm of our thousands of driver-partners, so we are looking for people with acute communication skills and conflict resolution skills and other problems. In your role, you will be required to enlist new driver-partners, and provide exceptional support to our existing driver-partners and adapt quickly to the requirements of your role.
Main responsibilities
  • – Offer a quality service to our driver-partners.
  • – Accompany the driver-partners throughout the integration process and provide them with all the tools they need for the success of our services and the smooth running of our mobile application.
  • – Offer training sessions to new drivers to prepare them for driving and using our application.
  • – Assist our existing driver-partners in solving all the problems they encounter in carrying out their daily tasks (eg insurance, roadside check, report …)
  • – Help promote the company, encourage and motivate our driver-partners in carrying out their daily tasks.
  • – To be in the perfume of all that affects our driver-partners (insurance, policy of putting in circulation …)
  • – Contribute to improving the driver experience through the operating team by providing constructive and quality suggestions to the company.
Requirements
  • – Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies 
  • – At least a Baccalaureate + 2
  • – Experience in customer management: 1 year minimum
  • – Be bilingual (French and English)
  • – Communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with many types of personalities.
  • – Have enthusiasm for our product (Uber Application) 
  • – Have passion for teamwork in a successful team
  • – Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems of any kind – know where, how and to whom you can address in your search for a solution.
  • – Ability to identify weaknesses and propose solutions
  • – Be a fan of new technologies
