- Help clients identify and understand technical problems
- Identify the causes of possible technical problems
- Review the information collected during calls to improve the service.
- Guide the client remotely to solve technical problems following the stipulated procedures (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Generate appointments with technicians when the incident cannot be resolved remotely.
- Locate customers and offer them new products
- French Native or Native Equivalent
- Fluent English (desirable) or Spanish
- Problem Solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Sales Persona
- Desirabale experience in CRM or sales
- Interested in B2C sales and technology

- Working Schedule – 25 hours, Monday to Saturday, from 08:00am to 13:00pm. Salary: € 925 gross / month approx.
- Working Schedule (Option 1) – 35 hours, Monday to Saturday, from 15.00pm to 22.00pm. Salary: € 1293 gross / month approx.
- Working Schedule (Option 2) – 35 hours, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00am. to 16:00pm. Salary: € 1293 gross / month approx.
