Order Processing Specialist with German
- Inputting & Processing Orders & Returns;
- Maintaining information regarding order status;
- Validating Orders and Pricing;
- Actively handle and escalate complex order issues/problems with management when necessary;
- Provide reporting to management in a timely manner.
