We are currently seeking a Tour Coordinator / Partner Relations Officer to join our operations team in Copenhagen.

Tour Coordinators are one of the key roles in the company. Tour Coordinators are the first point of contact for our guides’ customers and play an essential part in the running of daily operations. The job involves working outdoors, coordinating the start of our daily walking tours, interacting with travellers from around the world and working closely with guides to ensure the smooth organization of the daily tours offered in the city.

Partner Relations Officers maintain our relationships with partners in Copenhagen as well as handle delivery of our marketing materials. This part of the job also involves working outdoors, travelling around Copenhagen visiting our accommodation partners (hotels and hostels) to ensure that they are fully stocked with our promotional material. It also means fostering great relations with the front desk staff at these locations, keeping them updated with our latest tours and competitions and being the first point of contact if they need anything from us. You will work closely with our local management team to make sure our partners are always happy and well-informed about our services!

This person will also occasionally substitute as a Pub Crawl Leader when necessary. As a Pub Crawl Leader, you will guide visitors from bar to bar, chatting to young people from around the globe and generally having a good time!

We offer:

-We’re looking for someone available to work 12 hours per week – 6 hours on -Wednesdays and 6 hours on Saturdays. Depending on which part of the job you are -doing, this could range from morning to night.

Job requirements:

-You must live in Copenhagen
-Must speak both English & Spanish fluently
-Be legally authorised to work in the EU
-Be available to work on Wednesdays and Saturdays
-Be organized, and efficient, and have a strong sense of leadership
-Have previous customer facing & cash-handling experience
-Have computer literacy, especially Excel
-Enjoy working outdoors and with people
-Have a friendly, open-minded attitude
-Be physically fit and able to ride a bicycle (the role involves some lifting of boxes and movement around the city by bike)
